As Olivet Teen Mission continues to expand, the need for raising leaders and creating training resources is crucial. OTM headquarters is now in the process of creating various training resources to equip new leaders and volunteers.
One main priorities is raising leaders in Latin America as the Teen Mission is rapidly increasing there. OTM HQ has begun creating Spanish resources which will strengthen the Latin America mission greatly. OTM has so far produced videos sharing the importance of Teen Mission and what does OTM do for teenagers around the world.
Another video consists how to share the 3 core mission of OTM which are to teach Biblical truth, create Christ-centered relationships, and provide serving opportunities for teenagers.
Please pray that many resources could be made at a fast pace so that all necessary materials could be provided to meet the rapid growth of OTM leadership.
